Should USPS go electric with new truck fleet?: Morning Report

1. It's electric

Electric U.S. Postal Service mail trucks? 

That's what The Street's Bret Kenwell says makes sense in a March 3 post. 

"AMP Holding (AMPD) makes all-electric vehicles but has decided to focus specifically on the local delivery truck market, according to CEO Steve Burns," Kenwell writes. "The vehicle, called the Workhorse, would be perfect for an entity like the United States Postal Service. The average USPS route is just 15 miles long, with plenty of stopping and going."

2. Lick-and-stick era ends

"It's a day that many stamp collectors have dreaded," Baadke wrote, and a number of Linn's Facebook fans agreed
