The American Stamp Dealers Association will begin its second century with its winter show to take place Feb. 13-15 at the War Memorial Auditorium, 800 N.E. 8th St., Fort Lauderdale, Fla.

The ASDA celebrated its 100th anniversary in 2014.

Show hours will be 10 a.m. to 6 p.m. Friday and Saturday, and 10 a.m. to 3 p.m. Sunday. Admission and parking will be free.

“Our dealer members specialize in a wide range of areas, and they offer substantial inventories that are rarely matched in other venues,” said ASDA president Mark Reasoner. “Our members are active sellers and buyers, and we will be offering the public free appraisals during this show.

“The ASDA strives to represent as many stamp collecting specialties as possible at its shows, and the upcoming Winter Show in Fort Lauderdale is no exception.”

In addition to the dealers’ bourse and free appraisals, the show will include the monthly meeting of the South Florida chapter of the Society of Israel Philatelists, and tables for other local stamp clubs.

Other upcoming shows include the ASDA Midwest postage stamp show March 13-15 at the Lindner Conference Center, 610 E. Butterfield Road, Lombard, Ill.; the

ASDA spring postage stamp show April 16-18 at the Hilton, 1335 Avenue of the Americas, New York N.Y.; and the ASDA Northern California postage stamp show July 10-12 at the Westin Hotel, 1 Old Bayshore Highway, Millbrae, Calif.
