One section of the newsletter explains the exhibiting application and selection process.

The exhibition application and a PDF of the show’s Official Bulletin can be downloaded from the website.

Hard copies can be requested directly from commissioners appointed by their respective International Federation of Philately (FIP) national philatelic organization.

Contact information for the commissioners can be found on the World Stamp Show-NY 2016 website by following the link for “Competitive Exhibits” to the link for “The Commissioners.”

The exhibit application must be returned to the appropriate national commissioner no later than Aug. 15.
