National Stamp Collecting Month

The United States Postal Service celebrated the start of National Stamp Collecting Month on Oct. 1 with a first-day ceremony in Greenbelt, Md. Photos from the event for the new Earthscapes commemorative forever stamps can be found in this month's newsletter.

We also have details about the upcoming U.S. Christmas issues: a single stamp showing the Holy Family, and a set of four featuring Santa and his sleigh.
