Many new 2013 stamps to choose from A number of new United States stamps will be issued this month by the U.S. Postal Service. Quite a few are for new postage rates that take effect Jan. 27. One of my favorite stamps for January shows a pair of tufted puffins – it's a stamp that definitely will find its way into my collection. This month's special features include a look at interesting New Year's stamps worldwide, details on the new January stamp issues, and a report on tiny text and images hidden on Canada's latest Beneficial Insects souvenir sheet.
