Justice Ruth Bader Ginsburg lauded with New Jersey postmark

Postmark Pursuit by Molly Goad
Her name is displayed boldly in capital letters and surrounded by stars, a fitting pictorial postmark for iconic Supreme Court Justice Ruth Bader Ginsburg.
The cancellation comes from Newark, N.J., which is where Ginsburg (1933-2020) jumpstarted her career as a faculty member at Rutgers Law School from 1963 to 1972.
Ginsburg became the 14th member of the Supreme Court to appear on a U.S. postage stamp when her commemorative was issued Oct. 2.
The postmark has been extended by 30 days. To obtain it, address your request to:
RUTGERS-AAUW-ESPER Station, Postmaster, 2 Federal Square, Newark, NJ 07102-9998, Oct. 16.
