Mental Floss on June 15 published a post introducing "15 Lesser-Known People Who Got Their Own U.S. Postage Stamps."

Subjects include Harriet Quimby, the first U.S. woman to become a licensed pilot; Babe Zaharias, an Olympic track and field athlete; and Joshua Johnson, the first known professional African American painter.
