Life Magnified, other U.S. stamps to be withdrawn from sale Sept. 30

The Life Magnified stamps issued in a pane of 20 in 2023 are among a handful of recent United States stamp issues that will be withdrawn from sale at post offices, stations, branches, postal stores and vending outlets on Sept. 30.

The United States Postal Service has announced that eight stamp issues of 2018-24 will be withdrawn from regular sale at post offices, stations, branches, postal stores and vending outlets effective close of business on Sept. 30.

According to a notice published in the Sept. 18 Postal Bulletin, the affected stamp issues are 2018 $5 Statue Freedom (Scott 5297), 2023 John Lewis (5801), 2023 Life Magnified (pane of 20, 5802), 2024 Bluegrass (5844), 2024 Carnival Nights (5855-5864), 2024 Protect Sea Turtles (5865-5870), 2024 Horses (5891-5895), and 2024 Autumn Colors (5929-5938).
