Mystic Stamp Co. launches Stamp Madness contest on Facebook
By Linn’s Staff
In a nod to the ongoing NCAA men’s basketball tournament, also known as March Madness, Mystic Stamp Co. of Camden, N.Y., is conducting a similar contest on its Facebook page.
Mystic’s contest asks readers to pick the greatest United States stamps using a bracket format similar to the one used for March Madness.
“With basketball tournament season in full swing (we promise not to ask how your brackets are doing), we decided to run a little tournament of our own... ,” Mystic said in a March 24 post on its Facebook page.
“We want YOU to pick the best US stamps,” Mystic said. “It’ll work just like a regular tournament where winners go up against each other until only one is left standing!
“We’ll be posting pictures of Round #1 contenders for you shortly. Get ready to start voting!”
