Vintage Circus Posters stamps May 5 in Florida

The United States Vintage Circus Posters commemorative forever stamps will be issued May 5 in Sarasota, Fla.

The first-day ceremony for the 16-stamp pane will take place at 11 a.m. in front of Ca’ d’Zan at Ringling, at the John and Mable Ringling Museum of Art, 5401 Bay Shore Road, Sarasota, Fla.

The designs for the stamps have yet to be unveiled. U.S. Postal Service officials first shared the stamp subject with Linn’s in mid-March.
