Smaller print runs for Danish stamps

Denmark’s philatelic bureau has announced that there will be smaller print runs for future stamps.

In the 4/2014 issue of its publication for collectors, Journal, Post Danmark Stamps said, “To prevent waste, we are only producing single stamps in exactly the quantity which we expect to sell.”

Also, according to the article, information about the print run and sales period for each stamp will be posted on the website www.postdanmark.dk/netbutik. However, as of early September that information had not been added to the site.
