Finland's most beautiful stamp of 2014
The stamp voted as the most beautiful Finnish stamp of 2014 features Linnansaari National Park.
A stamp picturing Finland's Linnansaari National Park was voted as the most beautiful Finnish stamp of 2014.
Issued May 5, 2014, this nondenominated first-class stamp was designed by Teemu Ollikainen. It also is the fifth and final stamp in a series depicting Finnish national parks.
Finland's post office, Posti, reports that the Linnansaari National Park stamp received 9.4 percent of the 22,112 votes cast in the stamp popularity poll conducted through the Posti website and the Postia Sinulle customer magazine.
Finland issued a total of 73 stamps in 2014.
