Taylor ceremony update
The first-day ceremony for the United States stamp honoring Robert Robinson Taylor will take place Feb. 12 at the National Postal Museum in Washington, D.C.
The new forever stamp will be the latest addition to the Black Heritage commemorative series.
The event is scheduled to take place at 11 a.m. Admission to the postal museum is free.
