You don't have to buy 10,000

The new 1¢ Bobcat coil stamp will be issued Feb. 21.

When the United States Postal Service issues its new 1¢ Bobcat coil stamp Feb. 21, collectors won't have to buy the full roll of 10,000 stamps.

A strip of 100 coil stamps is available from USPS Stamp Fulfillment Services for $1 (plus the normal shipping fee), using item No. 786905.
