E-stamp version of U.S. 2025 $25 Spectacled Eiders duck stamp available for purchase

The E-stamp version of the United States 2025 $25 Spectacled Eiders federal duck stamp issued June 27 is available for purchase from the duckstamp.com website.

The cost is $25 plus shipping and taxes and includes a digital proof of purchase, a mobile wallet pass and the E-stamp, which will be mailed after March 10, 2026, as required by federal law.

“Your Proof of Purchase and Mobile Wallet Pass will be delivered via email immediately after checkout,” according to the website. “These digital formats are fully compliant for waterfowl hunting and refuge access under the Duck Stamp Modernization Act of 2023.”

According to duckstamp.com, “This fully digital option provides immediate access to your official Federal Duck Stamp, valid for both waterfowl hunting and entry to more than 560 National Wildlife Refuges across the U.S. that charge a visitor fee.”
