1. Europhilex underway
The Europhilex stamp show is underway at the Business Design Centre, 52 Upper St., Islington, London. The show runs May 13-16.

2. Hall sale shows strong demand
"In a further sign that demand for high-end United States stamps remains robust, Robert A. Siegel Auction Galleries in New York reported strong results for its April 28-30 sale of the Robert R. Hall collection."
3. Postal rate hike
The appeals court sent a dispute over a postal rate increase back to the Postal Regulatory Commission, calling its decision in a rate case that was filed in September 2013 "arbitrary and capricious for lack of reasoned decision making."
