2. Where's the moose?
A 21st-century Canadian error known as the “missing moose,” a 2003 $5 stamp with the intaglio-printed brown and green colors missing (Scott 1693a), sold for $4,200 at the Orcoexpo Stamp Show in Anaheim, Calif.
3. Rate change approved
Higher stamp prices proposed by the United States Postal Service have won the endorsement of the Postal Regulatory Commission and will become effective April 26.
