Monaco will issue a souvenir sheet April 27 to celebrate the birth of Hereditary Prince Jacques and Princess Gabriella.
The twins were born Dec. 10, 2014, to Prince Albert II and Princess Charlene.
Although Gabriella was born first (by two minutes), Jacques is the heir to the throne because of Monaco’s laws of succession.
The souvenir sheet contains two stamps reproducing photographs taken of the royal family Jan. 7 during the official presentation of the twins to the public. Frederic Nebinger took the photos. Pictured in the selvage is Princess Charlene holding Jacques and Gabriella.
A total of 75,000 souvenir sheets were printed using the offset process, according to the Office des Timbres of Monaco.
