New Scott publications available Oct. 1

New editions of the Scott Identifier of Definitive Stamp Issues and the Scott Stamp Values U.S. Specialized by Grade are available as of Oct. 1.
The Scott Identifier of Definitive Stamp Issues contains listings of United States definitive stamps into 2023, ending with the 2023 Flag Issue (Scott 5787-5791).
More color images of previously issued stamps have been added to this third edition.
The 28th edition of the Scott Stamp Values U.S. Specialized by Grade lists values for eight different grades and assigns numerical grades to the verbal grades commonly used.
Stamps are now valued in the grades of gem-100, superb-98, extremely fine-superb-95, extremely fine-90, very fine-extremely fine-85, very fine-80, fine-very fine-75 and fine-70.
Both publications were previously included in the Scott Specialized Catalogue of United States and Covers and now are published as separate books.
