By Colin Sallee
1. North Carolina legislators seek Billy Graham stamp
After a bill to remove a statue of the state's controversial former governor and replace it with one of the Rev. Billy Graham was approved by the North Carolina House and Senate, the former took things a step further with an additional resolution that would seek to put Graham, the famed 96-year-old televangelist and North Carolina native, on a United States postage stamp.
"The House resolution asks the Citizens' Stamp Advisory Committee of the Postal Service and the Postmaster General to issue a Billy Graham stamp," WFMY News reports. "A summary of the [CSAC] criteria makes no mention of whether a subject is living or dead, but says stamps 'shall not be issued to honor religious institutions or individuals whose principal achievements are associated with religious undertakings or benefits.'"
2. Lucky duck
