The exhibitor’s prospectus is available for the 2026 Pipex stamp show, the annual exhibition of the Northwest Federation of Stamp Clubs. The show will take place May 1-3, 2026, at the Hilton Garden Inn Clackamas (formerly the Monarch Hotel and Conference Center), 12566 SE 93rd Ave., in Clackamas, Ore.

The exhibitor’s entry form and prospectus are available on the show website at www.pipexstampshow.org or by emailing exhibit chair Norma Nielson at nnielson@ucalgary.ca. The deadline for exhibit applications is March 20, 2026.

The show is accepting 60 competitive exhibits to fill up to 160 frames. All exhibits will be mounted at the show and judged in the frames, but exhibitors are also encouraged to submit exhibits virtually to be posted on the Pipex website.

Because Pipex is an American Philatelic Society World Series of Philately show, the multiframe grand award winner is eligible for the Champion of Champions exhibition at the Boston 2026 World Expo, May 23-30, 2026, in Boston.

The Pipex 2026 single-frame grand award winner will be eligible for the single-frame championship at the Chicagopex show near Chicago Nov. 20-22, 2026.

Pipex show hours are 10 a.m. to 6 p.m. Friday and Saturday, and 10 a.m. to 4 p.m. Sunday.

The show will feature a bourse (sales area) of 32 dealer booths along with a youth area and more. Special souvenir cachets will commemorate the show’s theme, which celebrates the 175th Anniversary of the founding of Portland, Ore.

On Sunday, May 3, Cherrystone Auctions will collaborate with the show’s corporate sponsor Uptown Stamp Show for an auction of many collections and large lots.

The Northwest Federation of Stamp Clubs will hold its annual general meeting at the show. The Rossica Society of Russian Philately and the Pacific Northwest Postal History Society are among the other groups and societies that will also meet.

For more information on the show, visit the show website at www.pipexstampshow.org or email show chair David Epps at depps55@gmail.com.
