Prospectus available for Westpex 2025

The exhibitor’s prospectus is
available for the 65th annual Westpex stamp show. The show will take place
April 25-27, 2025, at the San Francisco Airport Marriott Waterfront Hotel, 1800
Old Bayshore Highway, Burlingame, Calif., near San Francisco.
The exhibitor’s prospectus and entry
forms are available on the show website. Entries are
accepted through Feb. 28, 2025, or when the more than 250 frames of exhibits
are subscribed.
This is a World Series of Philately
exhibition, with the multiframe grand award winner eligible for the Champion of
Champions competition at the Great American Stamp Show in Schaumburg, Ill.,
Aug. 14-17, 2025, and the single-frame grand award winner eligible for the
single-frame championship at the Chicagopex show Nov. 21-23, 2025, in Itasca,
Ill.
The Westpex exhibition will include
participation by the American Helvetia Philatelic Society, Rossica Society of
Russian Philately, Mexico-Elmhurst Philatelic Society International, and the
Rhodesian Study Circle.
The bourse (sales area) will include
70 national and international dealers in stamps, postal history and postal
stationery along with a four-day auction by Schuyler Rumsey Auctions.
Westpex will sponsor a youth area
offering free stamps and supplies to young collectors. On Sunday, April 27, a
Boy Scout stamp collecting merit badge program is scheduled.
Westpex 2025 will celebrate the 175th
anniversary of California’s statehood. A special cinderella souvenir sheet and
cacheted cover will be available.
