ScottStamp.com goes live
Philatelic Foreword by Jay Bigalke
On Feb. 11, 2026, we officially launched the new ScottStamp.com website as the central portal for managing subscriptions and purchasing Scott publications.
This platform now serves as the hub for Scott Stamp Monthly, Linn’s Stamp News, and Scott Digital Catalog subscriptions, as well as the online storefront for Scott print catalogs and related products. Bringing everything together under one system was an important step forward for Scott Stamp LLC.
We also recognize that the transition was not without challenges.
In the launch day, we experienced a number of speedbumps. We received a significant volume of calls to our customer service line at 888-542-1868, along with a steady flow of emails. We understand that account access, password resets, and subscription questions can be frustrating when you are eager to read your issue or confirm your order.
In response, we quickly expanded our customer service coverage. What had been a team of one was ramped up to three people focused on answering calls, returning messages, and working through the email queue. We are actively addressing each inquiry as quickly and thoroughly as possible.
The change to a new system was necessary following the ownership transition that created Scott Stamp LLC. Moving away from the prior infrastructure required building a new platform capable of handling subscriptions, digital access, and e-commerce in one place. That kind of shift inevitably brings a period of adjustment.
The important point is this: once these initial kinks are resolved, collectors will have a smoother, clearer, and more efficient way to access and purchase content from us. The new system provides better visibility into what you are subscribed to, cleaner navigation, and a more modern purchasing experience.
We appreciate your patience as we work through this transition. Our goal is not simply to replace what existed before, but to build a stronger and more reliable digital foundation for the future of Scott publications.
If you need assistance, please call 888-542-1868 or email cuserv@scottstampllc.com. We are here to help and we are working hard to earn your continued trust.
