By Linn’s Staff

Hours are 10 a.m. to 6 p.m. Friday, and 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. Saturday. Free parking will be available at the community center.
According to the 2023 Seapex dealer application, Seapex is a bourse (sales area) only event this year. There will be no exhibits and no auction.
Linn’s reported in the July 17 issue that the American Philatelic Society announced on June 16 that it had suspended the World Series of Philately status for Seapex for rules violations.
The APS said the rules violations included “failure to meet reporting deadlines,” “failure to maintain the level of excellence expected of a WSP show,” and “violating one or more WSP Exhibition rules.”
The APS board of directors unanimously approved the suspension of World Series of Philately status for Seapex on June 12.
