Shipping delay for Lincoln press sheet variety

Delays have held up delivery of the United States 21¢ Abraham Lincoln stamp press sheet without die cuts.
Collectors who ordered the press sheet without die cuts for the United States 21¢ Abraham Lincoln stamp have experienced unexpected delays.
U.S. Postal Service officials told Linn’s in late March that USPS Stamp Fulfillment Services has been waiting for its shipment of the item from contract printer CCL Label of Clinton, S.C.
The Abraham Lincoln stamp was issued Feb. 12. Orders of press sheets with die cuts were fulfilled a couple of weeks after the issue date, but the version without die cuts did not begin shipping until around March 27.
Each version of the Lincoln press sheet consists of three unsevered panes of 20 stamps and sells for $12.60. A total of 2,500 press sheets of each variety were created.
